| Java Bleu Site Selection & Requirements Site selection is a critical first step to ensure the success & profitability of a Java Bleu outlet. Therefore, we have a qualified team of site analysis expert who will help you evaluate each potential location. Here are some of the criteria that we are looking for: - Grade A or grade B shopping malls which ensures adequate level of purchasing power - Free standing locations that are in high-traffic locations with sufficient parking spaces - High exposure location that are between 100 to 200 square meters with adequate pedestrian traffic flow Preferably ground floor or restaurant designated upper floors. |

| Java Bleu Fee Structure Franchise Fee: Negotiable and Paid in Indonesian Rupiahs for a 05 (five) years consecutive period The franchise fee will enable the franchisee to get: - The right to use the “Java Bleu” name for 05 (five) consecutive years (Java Bleu® & the subsequent logo are registered & patented officially with the related government agency since 2001) - Full Culinary consulting from PT Biru Unik Kaido professional team for the pre opening period as well as 01 (one) calendar months after the official opening of the new Java Bleu outlet - Staff training in the facilities of PT Biru Unik Kaido prior to the official opening of the new Java Bleu outlet - Assisting in marketing the Java Bleu outlet - Exclusivity in using the Java Bleu branded finished & semi-finished Food & Beverage items at competitive purchasing prices. - Food & Beverage maintenance service during the full length of the Franchise period Monthly Royalty: Percentage from the Gross Sale Revenue (Negotiable) Please note that we do not charge any additional marketing fees. |
